Overview
We are seeking open-minded, strengths-based candidates who have experience working in collaboration with community partners, have strong rapport-building skills, and are invested in working alongside individuals who welcome support. This unique position is focused on working with adults in our Hixon House Shelter along with providing supports to community members seeking resources to address a variety of needs. In this role, you will build trusting relationships and help clients access resources to obtain and/or sustain permanent housing and support them in achieving their goals.

Compensation
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position and the salary range is $42,700 to $55,300 depending on education and experience.
Requirements
Critical to the success of this position are:
Qualified applicants will have a BA or MA in Human Services/Social Work and have experience in the field. This full-time position will receive supervision from a Licensed Clinician.
